is hyaluronic acid good for reducing redness?

I have some redness on my face (pretty sure it's a mild case of keratosis pilaris)
I have the ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 serum, but idk if it's actually helping me
Does it minimise redness over time, or is it cope
