Is hyaluronidase risky?

I had 1 session because the utter retard injector botched my face thinking i wanted some 60 yrs old grandma plastic face , there's still some left i think but it's not that much. The skin felt very loose at first but now it's getting better after 1 week , should i still wait or one more dissolving session is fine?

I Had it few times im almost back as before but loose skin didnt go away and there is an asymmetry left i'll go to someone that use ultrasound now to dissolve it fully
