use both bro

you can combine tret and accutane if you use vaseline to slug moisture in, it is a ton of work but worth it and you should use squalene and niaceminide or however you spell it to protect your barrier along with glycerin

a good start is 40 mg isotretnoin daily with 2x 0.025 tret a week on the whole face

it doesnt actually slim the nose but when you combine it with HC for inflammtion and oxy for vasoconstriction + retinoids it can greatly change the shape for a small period of time if you dont have a really big nose tip

my acne isn't that bad and it's been getting better naturally, would micro dosing accutane be a good idea just for the nose slimming

The thing is, my nose is not big. The alae crease is asymmetrical so I'm fixing it
