Is hydrocortisone even worth using?

I’ve been using a 0.1% topical cream pretty much daily, if not every other day. i just apply a pea sized amount and rub it in, i dont even wash it off after. I’ve noticed like barely anything, has this worked significantly for any other people? I’m aware it’s not supposed to give the most drastic results but i should atleast see something right?
