Is hydrocortisone safe?

Im a 15 year old on currently 60mg of accutane and have been rotting here for a little on an alt acc. Anyway is hydrocortisone able to be taken on my nose while on accutane or is it worth waiting until my acne clears up and hopping of my dose?

I’d say it truly depends on your goals. If you’re low inhib and desperate enough, always go for the upper end of recommend dosages
