it seems to be the nuking of the libido lasts about 8 hours as well so it seems by the time you wake up in the morning and are moving around and if you inject test you should be fine

The "high dose" thing doesn't matter because it's not like melatonin is harmful to health even at 100 mg or even higher

Start at 10 mg 90 mins before sleep and you'll sleep good, you can even try higher, just try at this dosage first and go up if you want to, later

It should work in theory, but for me it does absolutely nothing. I still have severe insomnia, and it doesn't make me tired at all, this is with prescription-grade melatonin.

Well I mean it seems to be very dependent on the individual tbh I’ve seen a lot of people say it’s ineffective but in theory it should work and there are people who I’ve seen said its worked

My reason is because my circadian rhythm is fucked and I want to improve my deep sleep and I’m concerned about hormone related sleep problems since im roiding soon

For making you sleep faster, increasing melatonin dosage more than like 5 mg might not improve it significantly but higher dosage makes you sleep in more depth.

Melatonin does work but if you want something more powerful I’d prolly recommend Triprolidine

Yes, I had sleep apnea, and a circadian-rhythm-disorder.
It’s a vicious circle, very hard to break through after a decade of issues.
