now that I think about it the Chads I know have LOTS of friends. and a lot of people I know have none.

might be the case because you need friends to make new friends (through social circles) as well as to develop social skills/confidence. also because associating with guys that dont get girls is a failo, and the 80/20 rule applies in that sense
