It looks insane to people on here but I don't know if it's female gaze. This "high contrast" seems like a concept PSL came up with amongst itself without even one girl involved. Most girls' ideal is either lighter (blonde hair with eyes like that) or darker (dark eyes, dark hair, sometimes dark skin) So I've never seen guys with that coloring slay, at least not where I've lived.
