Is icehooding permanent

I started doing icehooding like 2 weeks ago 1-2 times a day for like 7 minutes each time, i saw some progress now i have more fat on my eyelid, but my doubt is if this is actually working, is it going to be permanent if i do it like this for like 4 months straight
