I wanted to ask if icing your face regularly does anything at all or is it just cope. Same goes for icehooding too

Some people ice there face in the morning do reduce swelling to not have this puffy morning face, besides that cope

Nah bro that’s cope for icehooding,but icing your face actually works it reduces bloat from the morning
