Is IGF1-LR3 worth it if already on 16iu HGH

Would it be worth it and add meaningful difference if already on 16iu gigadose hgh?

I’m trying to heightmaxx and grow clavicle. On androgens aswell.

prolly yeah speaking that you are prolly capped out on max igf-1 in blood work, lr3 will prolly help increase it but not much of a big difference. It’s one of those things you use if you have the extra money to buy it and mess around with. I would prolly just increase my hgh does to 20iu tbh

Ok thanks for the insight.

The thing is, serum igf-1 will always cap out at a point, but what matters is the free igf-1 that localised in growth plate cartilage. Lr3 doesn’t bind to igfbps that turn igf-1 into serum, so in theory lr3 could lead to higher localised igf-1 in growth plates.

Just a theory idk. Will probably just blast more growth hormone

Eh serum igf1 doesn’t mean much after like 10iu growth hormone it’s the bioavailable free igf-1 that matters. Getting bloods done soon though regardless.

if you want more paracrine igf1 find some jak/stat upregulators or add something that increases pulsatile exposure like a secretagogue
