I purchased from a specific supplier because they accepted PayPal at a 15% surcharge (I'm yet to confirm if they're legit). I used a new address and name as to avoid any flags going through customs. Then past that, I hope for the best.
This specific supplier also pledged to reship/refund in case of seizure.

The issue isn't that you mentioned your full address and name to the guy.
In Australia, customs are incredibly strict, and if you have had stuff seized before, every shipment directed to you in future will be flagged, so I used a variation of my name and effectively a PO box.

So I just tell him to send it to the adress of a PO box near me, and give them a fake name? Are there any other things I need to think about when ordering?

I paid 217AUD exactly IIRC. That includes shipping and insurance.
