Everybody I’ve seen has recessed infras to some degree
Unless you have severe midface hypoplasia, not even moderate like Robert Pattinson I wouldn’t really advise it
Most don’t even have to the level Pattinson has
I unfortunately have severe
I haven’t met somebody in my life with worse undereyes than me, to put it into perspective. I’m bottom 1% of 1% of 1%
But if you decide to get Bimax then relatively it could through off harmony if you go for massive advancements, so in that scenario too if it looks off then go get it
Most people here would genuinely just benefit from a fat graft
