I dont have any data on IM injections but it's very bioavailable orally, especially if you have it from a pharmacy and not some random supplement company.
When given IV it is given as an infusion at a maximum concentration of 50mg/mL. It is dilute it 10% glucose solution. The rate is maximum 4mg/kg/hr.
