Ever since I moved out I got into the habit of only eating one absolutely massive dinner and maybe sometimes a dessert. Before that I never ate breakfast only lunch because highschool forces you to. I didnt start because of the intermittent fasting fad I didn't even know what that was, I just naturally gravitated towards this eating style while independent. I didnt have a desire to get lunch or eat breakfast it always felt like a waste of time/calories. While I do feel hungry during the midday, its not an immediate "i want food now" type hunger its a "i yearn for 6pm" type of hunger. Is this a high T trait? Like, do I have strong hunter gatherer DNA, and my instincts call for OMAD? I think I do, its a very primal way to eat and it fits the natural human circadian rhythm better. I am in touch with my primal side and homo erectus ancestry. I think this is a high T trait.
