Just don't eat at too many CLOSELY separated points in the day

Learn about being in a catabolic state. (Means fasted)

You want to exercise 4 hours POST food and NOT eat for at least 1 hour POST exercise

THAT'S ALL

You will lose FAT or EXCESS FAT this way

All these fancy terms are just shit that's dressed up for the consumer to be drawn in. 'INTERMITTENT fasting.' Sounds sexy doesn't it?

yes / no, it does not help by disciplining yourself to try to slam a bunch of food in a few hours and failing to do so.

I've done this before and sure I lost weight, but I couldn't even squat 60 pounds...

I got so weak because my body starved out over the course of 2 months went from 230 to 165 pounds under a 28 waist.

when I would fast, I had trouble eating food in the limited hours and didn't realize the damage I was doing to my body.

so, it can be good if you do it correctly.

I mean by fasting just skipping breakfast. Each night we go like 10 hours with no food. I just make it 14-16 hours.
 
The best thing for body composition is cardio, marathon runners go single digit bodyfat without trying.
Intermitent fasting is fine.

Best weight loss tool = person dependant wheither its vegan, keto or ifasting. Personally got great results from intermittent fasting but since your eating your calories in a short time frame you need to make sure your digestions optimal (high fibre, staying hydrated and 15-20 min walks after your meals)

I have lost 5-6kg in one month by just eating under my basal metabolic rate. I did that mostly by eating anything I wanted but only twice a day.

for best face gains you have to get close to 20 BMI even if it means weighing 150 lbs at 6ft it is what it is
according to that program Im 14% bf but tbh its cope, I wouldnt trust anything other than the mass and BMI. Im a manlet ( 5'9.5" ) unfortunately so yes I still have to lose weight. My face is also mostly soft tissue so 5% bf or death for hollow cheeks :feelsgood:

Same bro. I'm 5'11.5" barefoot, 168 lbs, my face is obese. I think I'm around 20% bf, but my face looks 35%.
I will probably have to drop to at least 15% (around 158 lbs) to start seeing some bones in my cheeks, but I'll never have a peeled face unless I drop well to below 150 lbs or single digit bf%.

no gym is the best tool everything other than that there is a great change that for you to lose muscle
