Your face hasnt changed much at all since you were 14 by the looks of it, i wouldnt say youve had a glowdown, but there is hardly any difference, which isnt good. Ive had the same happen to me when I was 13 until I was 17, no progress at all, some people are just late bloomers

I feel like my bone structure has been hidden by facial fat that has appeared out of nowhere even though I drink a lot of water and havent gained weight, and my skin is a lot more loose, like absolutely no collagen. Anyways, if you haven't noticed anything that's probably a good sign
