I’m already suffering from mpb (a little recession and some diffuse thinning on top), just started treatment of 1mg fin daily but I noticed this shit at the back of my head

Is this DUPA, or just variation in AGA? My other hair loss isn’t particularly aggressive but it has also slightly affected the sides of my head which are also supposed to be DHT resistant. Idk. Maybe I should just go straight to Dut? This is fucking my mental rn any advice is appreciated.
