Is isolated infraorbital advancement possible

Rsm created a narrow lefort 2 to avpid the region. This isnt the problem.

I havent seen good looking infraorbital implants, they will add angularity not depth

I'm getting a lefort 1 with infras but my recessed infras give me a dominant forward lower third that projects forwards so I'll need a double jaw surgery for it to go front and a genioplasty if I feel cheeky
