yeah i didnt have a lot of acne and still took it and skin is 10 times better

I mean depends, you could go for tret but that choice is up to you. if its moderate to extreme ofc u should get accutane

No, because if you don't have a lot of acne is overkill, even retinol might do the job (depending on how severe your acne is). If you sent a pic of your acne I can give you a better answer.

By not a lot what do you mean? I had barely any on my face when I started but had a lot on my back. I’m running 20mg everyday until it clears up and then 5mg for life.

The thing about iso is that it’s permanent so after you do your cycle you will never have to worry about acne ever again. + no blackheads, less oily hair, and better skin appearance.

I dont really have acne its more of some blackheads on the nose and litle red spots on the cheeks rather than real acne I dont have pimples on the face so idkk

Red spots are probably hyperpigmentation, azelaic acid will help with that, for black heads you can exfoliate the face with a BHA like Salicylic Acid. Your welcome
