I can do 15k+ steps per day and maybe swim 1-2 day a week

cortisol spike after high intensity training is negligible bro, it only spikes for a while then drops to base

Not only cortisol tho i might be delusional but i got a lot more bloated and i feel less energetic and have way worse libido

Bloat after gym: never heard of that, try cutting out some carbs and processed foods
Less energetic: this is a no brainer, you exert alot of energy when u train but the body WILL adapt sooner or later but if it persists might be cause of some other issue
Worse libido: ur testies are asleep, if u are fapping obviously stop cuz ur just holding urself from chad 99 psl. If ur libido doesnt increase after a week or two of no fap try superdosing on vit. D, magnesium and cholesterol, like 10-20K UI vit. D, 400-600mg magnesium, 6-10 eggs a day.
If ur low libido still persists then its time to invest in a job so u can finance ur life long trt subscription.

No like in the first month i started gym i gained like 8 kg pure fat without changing my diet that much

energy is stored in the muscles as glycogen, and it could be considered water weight but idk about 8kg. Are you like 10ft tall 200kg or what, anyways im certain u arent defying thermodynamics so give it another go.
Also only cuz ur mongolian doesnt mean ur automatically high t, thats kindoff a braindead assumption, mongolia had highest t cause then they had the harshest living conditions. (Im not undermining im mongolian myself)
There could be a genetic thing where mongolians have higher t but im also pretty sure its cause of the living conditions, mongolian immigrants in first world countries will not see the same effects as nomadic mongolians. :ogre:
