Bloat after gym: never heard of that, try cutting out some carbs and processed foods
Less energetic: this is a no brainer, you exert alot of energy when u train but the body WILL adapt sooner or later but if it persists might be cause of some other issue
Worse libido: ur testies are asleep, if u are fapping obviously stop cuz ur just holding urself from chad 99 psl. If ur libido doesnt increase after a week or two of no fap try superdosing on vit. D, magnesium and cholesterol, like 10-20K UI vit. D, 400-600mg magnesium, 6-10 eggs a day.
If ur low libido still persists then its time to invest in a job so u can finance ur life long trt subscription.
 
		
				
				
			energy is stored in the muscles as glycogen, and it could be considered water weight but idk about 8kg.
