realistically i’m not getting lefort 2 or 3 for my upper maxilla so need to know about the alternative?

Maybe something like this from Eppley not entirely sure though, You should hop on mt2 as well.

Your upper maxilla is not recessed. You don't look like you're recessed.. in fact I'd say you exhibit more forward growth than the average person. You got a postivie-neutral orbital vector man.

If you really do want to ascend, then think about potential chin augmentation. Above your lower jaw, you aren't really going to benefit from much. Other than a potential fat graft for undereyes (although your undereyes are very good).

my under eyes are dogshit imo i have dark circles and bags when squinting

Here is a morph with mid face implants.. honestly you’ll barely spot the difference and 0 psl gain.

You might want to consider getting a mole removal and using tretinoin for better skin cause that does bump you in appeal imo.
Also get rid of the facial hair, it looks silly.
