I need smn to answer my question. Is fat grafting my supras and infras a good idea or I have to get implants? I live in Ecuador so I'm a bit scared of getting implants.

You can fat graft, & you might need implants, it depends on your goals & current situation

Honestly just a breif anyalyis get fat grafting under eyes ur reccessed infras but not seversely get a canthoplasty ur eyes ur neurtal ct but could be ur eyes wide open also do some meduil canthus cutting so u get better medial canthus also get implants for your supras but send a side profile as well such a shit picture
