Im really consistent with working out the longest break i took from not working out was 1 week on purpose few months ago . But i think about getting a two week break from working out . I feel like my body needs a rest .

if you feel shitty unmotivated, it's your body call to rest a bit more, but keep calories intake and protein the same so you come back stronger

rest 2 weeks but keep the diet and do some activity like walking sports idk

yes i will keep my diet the same good food good protein i dont feel unmotivated but i feel like for the past 5-6 years beside being sick i never took a long break from working out
