Well I am aware that children just stare at everyone, but happened to me several times when a child walked with his parents or smth, then he saw me and he just stopped and stood on his place looking at me for a minute. He didn't even moved, just stared at me and continued to do that even after I passed him, even after I've got to further distance he still kept looking at me. And that happens a lot
