It's a notable failo if you're that insanely hairy, for most hairier people it's not that srs

the only hair u should have is on the top of ur head and eyebrows eyelashes and of course some short trimmed pubic hair. Everything else is failo and a sign of old age. Including sideburns and facial hair chest hair back and arm hair. Obviously normal light arm and leg hair is fine
