Height pill is just fucked but I think it’s a lot to do with I compete at boxing at high level since 11 years old and did extreme dieting and cutting to manage weight a lot which I think stunted me

I competed in MMA when I was like 15, and my coach never made me cut weight, he always said it's not a good idea to bash down your weight as a teenager.

I’m 5’10 so almost the same, never really been insecure about my height tho, its kinda average but the ideal is really not that far off and the thing is unless you are going for the giraffes you’ll be fine, most girls only care to be taller this is not the USA. Since i fixed my
acne started to get leaner and fixing my balding coming along even with thin spots i just get random compliments from easily 80-90th percentile girls which is still kinda unusal ngl, anyways 175 you are basically not in an advantage but not in a disadvantage, you can compensate with your face if you have that
