Is it actually over if you have a top-tier lower third but terrible eye area?

I've been looking at a lot of morphs and realized how brutal the contrast is when one half of your face carries you while the other completely fails.
Imagine having a sharp, chiseled jawline, prominent chin, and great gonial angle but you pair it with high exposure, downturned upper eyelids (or just upper eyelid exposure ), and zero hunter eye traits.

Which flaw ruins a face more?

• Perfect jaw + bug eyes / high asymmetry
• Perfect hunter eyes + recessed jaw / weak chin

Is a bad eye area an instant death sentence regardless of how good your bones are from the nose down? Or can a top-tier lower third save a frame?
