is it actually possible to get hunter eyes during surgery? or shrink bulbous big black nose

this looks like the closest thing to it and other than that other before/after show almost no difference.
these are my eyes - would it be possible to get hunter eyes? and then i guess contacts to make them blue
my noise is huge and wide - anyway to get to be smaller? i can't find any examples of it
