I know that doxxing is against TOS but is it against TOS to post information that doxes someone that is not on the forum?

Recently there has been this pretty big account on twitter that got doxxed and I would like to post those tweets on here but I am scared that I will get banned. Will I get banned?

The information is already out on the internet but I dont want to get baned.
