How much "recessed" face is genetics, and how much is enviroment like sucking thumb, thumbpulling and so on

it just has to do with fruits

processed foods/modern western diet ruined facial and dental development.

Probably genetics IMO. In the end people look like their parents most of the time. They inherit their halos or failos. Parents have a good jaw? so do you. Parents have a big nose? You probably do too. Sure environment has an impact but if you have a normal upbringing then it's probably mostly up to genes. Some people just don't want to admit their genes suck because it's too brutal and fundamental of a truth.

in which way?
the more you use your jaw while you're growing up the better your development, get your children to chew a lot.

if you asked me some weeks ago i would say its environmental but after seeing a lot of cases of identical twins who grew up apart and how they always look almost the same i changed my mind. The excuse of the mews to that is that if you are going to see our ancestrals/hunther-gatherers tribals they all had "perfect" bone structure. First of all they dont, they had perfectly straight teeth but not this perfect bone structure that the mews so much pray for (If that was the case the models of beauty would be them), second of all its very easy to select just the cases you want to show, and third. Second of all, reproduction was a lot of the times with people from same race and that shared some simillarities, so they are not as mixed as we are today.

Heres about identical twins, interesting but not much on height and looks. I think it's pretty similar no matter the enviroment.
It would've been nice to know what signs there are of malnutrition

yeah theres also the case of the three twins who were separated at birth and created in lower middle and upper class. 4:23 she even talks about bone smashing lol. I personally prefer this deterministic way than the environmental.

Genetics is most of it but environment plays a role even with identical twins sometimes. There was a set posted here where one was recessed and like 1.5 inches shorter than his twin.

Also early exploreres talked about how savages never had any baldness unless they were really old while in the US and Europe in civilized society baldness was spreading like wildfire even among young men.

I used to think it's all genetics, and having a pretty shitty development, kinda hope genetics are much more important than "enviroment", at least talking about physical look and height, face and so on

Also, the upper middle class one is the weakest looking.

then how do chads exist
are they simply being fed some secret jaw enhancing diet since birth?

Left one looks like a...chad, while the middle one looks womanly, it's not fat, sadly.
