Is it alright for me to have a bit of dark chocolate when I get a sweet tooth?

I eat 80-90% darkness dark chocolate whenever I feel a need to have something sweet. It's very healthy for you.

Unfortunately like Nibba said it does break some people out. It breaks me out too which is why I try to keep it to 20-30grams maximum at once. if I eat more than 50g I get multiple pimples.

So it's not as much about the calories as it is about avoiding pimples. Otherwise I'd fit it into my daily macros every day. If you can fit 20-30g of dark chocolate in your diet daily without any acne, absolutely worth doing. I can't though so I limit it to once a week.

I always buy 100% cacao baking chocolate. I've never had issues with acne from it.

I know alot of people like to meme about diet pop, but it works well for sweet tooths with little side effects with moderation. Diet Dr. Pepper is lit.

Dark chcoclate is so good, but I've heard all choclolate causes acne. I don't suffer from acne so I wouldn't know though.

Get cocoa nibs then add raw honey, nuts, and seeds with it. You can eat that everyday without getting fat.

i put 100% chocolate powder in my whey shakes. tastes good.

Choclate has a lot of fat so avoid it
