Is it appropriate for a grown man to ride an escalator when the stairs are right next to you? Yeah, man, I see a lot of grown men going on escalators, elevators, taking the easy way out in life.
See, me? Stairs are nothing, you feel me? I’m on the 15th floor of my building typing this ish rn, I made the hike. Yes, you know what I mean? I walked up here. Well, that’s what I do, and I didn’t even sweat, not even a little bit.
I take the stairs as an opportunity to work out my body. You know, and a lot of people, they’re on the route of just using legs. They think of us as bipedal organisms, and I think all fours. That’s how you get your arm strength going up too. So I’m just like, bear crawling. Bear crawling up the chair, like upstairs. But people at TSA look at me different, but that’s okay because they don’t understand that I’m building my body.
Yeah, when y’all are having man made creations lift you up. And if I’m traveling with my girl and then we both got suitcases, I’m carrying my suitcase with my left hand and she’s on my shoulder, her suitcase. I like that. And I’m going down the stairs, not the escalator.
And where I see it, what’s the best workout in the gym? The StairMaster. You get the glutes right, you get the calves right, you get everything you need. So I always want to try and get a pump in. So, exactly. Yeah, it’s, why do I need someone else to transport me down or up? Mm-hmm. Yeah. Now, once I figured out what the StairMaster was, I’m all for it. I actually thought it was a peeping tom charge. I see. But now that I know that it’s an exercise, like, I’m super into it. I got a membership for the StairMaster. People be like Really? Yeah, I like that.
There’s a lot of ways you could just find stairs, but you know, I put the money in, it’s an investment. You feel like it forces you to go. Okay. It’s a motivational thing.
