Just don't laugh, i workout for 5 months, working on improving my chest and getting rid of belly fatpics?
In most cases it looks bad but send pics of you
the chest gap isnt what you should be worried about OPJust don't laugh, i workout for 5 months, working on improving my chest and getting rid of belly fat
Chest is not your main issue. You need to build your frame unless you want to look like a transgender. Train your delts, build your upperbody. Eat more food (healthy food), get bigger. Don't worry about the bellyfat, you can get rid of it after you have build the masculine frame. You look young so you won't have a problem with the fat in the future.Just don't laugh, i workout for 5 months, working on improving my chest and getting rid of belly fat

Ok, thanks for your positivity, does i have to move to the gym?you've done half a year of bodyweight what were you expecting.
big step, but at least get some adjustable dumbbells that go up to 20kg they're not expensive, some muscles such as the rear delts are hard to train with just bodyweight.Ok, thanks for your positivity, does i have to move to the gym?
