What is the ideal routine for strength training plus building muscles

Focus on one compound everyday is ideal

can’t do compound for different muscle sections like this bruv…

You need blood to be circulating in the muscle group that you need to train so that you can train for strength and size.

This is just a mess imo.

i did those 4 on monday
 
U mean one muscle per day
You can do various muscles a day.

Ie.) one day you focus on your chest, shoulders, and triceps, and another you focus on your back and biceps.
