try diet lifestyle changes and dont cope with your problems accept your problems or they will continue to haunt you
hop on meds (not on the cucked reuptake inhibitors) if your problem is about your brain chemicals but its rare to have that type of a problem. if you use drugs in a bad mental state they will fuck you up since you are dependent yo them to cope. illicit drugs are pnly ok when you are ok with your life and do them rarely for fun or to exprience them. drugs to cope will sooner or later turn into an inevitable heavy addiction
