Is it better for manlets to move to a country that uses the metric system?

In America, under the imperial system, being under 6 feet is a literal death sentence just because of how it stands as the next whole number from preceding foot. So I wonder, are manlets better off in the metric system because they don't have to battle this arbitrary whole number?

what sucks is that there is another threshhold - 190cm (6'3) which doesnt exist in the imperial system
