is it better to allocate tutorials a day after lecture or 2 days after?

1 day after sounds like i would have only 1 night to study for the tutorial

if i leave a whole day gap so lecture -> offday -> tutorial rather than lecture -> tutorial nextday i feel like i will have lots of time to digest the content
