Is it better to buy domestic or international test

Gonna buy test in Australia which is pretty hard. Australian ugl is very expensive, test vials cost around 60-70usd and 100iu of hgh costs 180-200usd etc. Should I buy Australian domestic which is much more expensive but less risky to ship or should i try to save with international but risk seizure or worse
