really unnecessary and igf-1 lr3 doesn’t do much muscle gain wise besides good pumps and a littleeee muscle gain.
You already get a similar benefit form hgh alone (and better overtime), and you can run hgh for much longer with minimal side effects, which igf-1 lr3 after 40 days of using it daily the effects start to hit.

Yeah thats why i also said nvm, im hopping on hgh in like a month but im just fucking scared that it fuses my palates so thats why i wanna take an AI with it, im starting with 2 iu hgh for a week then 3 but is it better to start with 3 iu tho? Thanks

if you’re scared then I guess start with 2iu if you want and titrate, but realistically especially if you’re 16/17 (guessing so) 7iu and up is the best to see any results as you’re in peak natural hgh production, so 2-3iu is jackshit.
As for palates are you even sure they’re open? Have you got X-ray scans?
Assuming you did (and it’s open) you can
take AIs like anastrozole or letrozole which should technically help but won’t do that much of a difference, so blast hgh while you can if your plates are still open.

Well pharmacological doses have been shown to deplete the pool of stem cells in the growth plate by forcing them to differentiate into bone forming cells more rapidly, so in simpler words it basically exhausts it so technically yeah it does “speed up” the fusion but not as drastic as you’d think.
And since some growth hormone is converted to estrogen through aromatization estrogen is the primary driver of growth plate fusion so this can further speed up the closure process.
So yeah taking an AI should slow the process but it won’t completely stop it
Side note
A while ago I read about some cases taking GnRH analogs to counteract this effect and keep the plates open longer to maximize height growth and so.
I’ll provide a link about GnRH analogs and research about this topic which should work when u click on the blue GnRH analogs text.
