I feel like if doing lats pulldown and pullups on the same day I would be more fatigued on those muscles group, thus performing less reps and sets.

What about keeping these two on different days?

I only do wide grip pull ups bodyweighted, seated deadlifts and deficit bent over rows

no point doing both, pick one and do more, they train the same thing.

don't add variety for the sake of variety, the more you do a singular thing the better you get at doing it.

prefer pull ups usually the neutral grip since i can't feel it as well in the pronated but just focus on one fr maybe include rows
