C7-C8 is probably ideal for pleasure/protection, after that you risk getting phimosis

I've restored mine from a C4 to about a C7 and very happy with it

Foreskinpill is brutal because cutfags will deny it to their dying breath. Full foreskin coverage is insanely more pleasurable than circumcised & exposed.
