If ur talking about reverse head gear unless ur 12 and under it’ll work otherwise getting it after during or before braces u wont get any forward growth so it doesnt really matter unless u expanded ur palate and now ur planning on reverse head gear and braces then yeah do that

I dont get it bro, but I'm 13 rn, and also do I still need to expand even tho my palate is not narrow?

ur 13 so a reverse head gear may not work while ur using it since ur sutures of the palate are strong now, and no don’t expand even tho ur palate is not narrow, I was saying that for it to 100% work its better to expand and use reverse head gear but if u don’t have a narrow palate then don’t, but the reverse head gear may not do much
