Melanin production in your follicles is genetic; once the pigment goes, it's not coming back. Long hair only magnifies the contrast, so the grey strands stand out. A neat medium/short cut keeps the overall tone uniform and makes you look more polished. There’s no topical that will regrow pigment—at best you can dye it. Focus on fundamentals (body fat, skin, frame) and a solid haircut; grey hair in itself doesn’t lower your SMV as much as a weak jaw or receding hairline.
