Is it better to have white Ukrainians or shitskinned Indians come to CAN?

Ukraine is poor as fuck and honestly not drastically different from India from a development perspective. India now is like Ukraine in 2006 and the gap is closing in India's favor since its economy is growing while Ukraine's is faltering.

Only thing is Ukraine doesn't have is absolutely massive inequality like India where you've got parts of the country which are like Somalia tier and parts of the country with NYC skyscrapers.

Main reason Canadians would prefer Ukrainians is due to less of a cultural gap and they're white. Canada/Aus/UK/US/NZ are all colonial settler states with a white only immigration policy since the foundation of the state. That mentality hasn't really left the population as a whole.

Economically, Ukrainians would be much worse for the Canadian economy than Indians tbh.

when looking at the suitability of a population for acceptance to your host nation, first look at their genetic signifiers, are they close to yours, did they evolve under similar conditions, with similar histories?

it is vastly easier to judge based on looking at the iq, crime, and rape statistics as well. in which case, india and most of the third would should be immediately disqualified
