Is it better to lose weight or eat more in puberty?

Fat makes estrogen which can fuse your growth plate faster. but eating more will increase my bone mass during puberty. Which do i do??

Being fat* makes you produce more estrogen. The dietary fat has no adipose tissue, because, it isnt a tissue. Eating a lot is also beneficial, and nobody said that eating a lot means you get fat. High protien + saturated fats is key, as long as you have good metabolism and insulin sensitivity

if ur fat its better to lose it and focus on ecersie and diet but if ur not u can eat eat clean ofc u can eat smth unhealthy but dont eat it too often
 
do sports and eat meat/eggs/milk as much as you want i promise you that you are not getting fat while in puberty and active

If you’re looking for when you finish growing, eat more. But if you want to enjoy your teenage years just eat moderately and avoid getting bloated. You might loose 10% of your potential height but it’s really nothing (0.6ft at least). I’d rather hang out with lots of girls during my teenage years than in my adulthood.

So conclusion, don’t try to lose or gain weight, just try to maintain.
