Being fat* makes you produce more estrogen. The dietary fat has no adipose tissue, because, it isnt a tissue. Eating a lot is also beneficial, and nobody said that eating a lot means you get fat. If you’re looking for when you finish growing, eat more. But if you want to enjoy your teenage years just eat moderately and avoid getting bloated. You might loose 10% of your potential height but it’s really nothing (0.6ft at least).
