Is it better to sleep 2 hours 30 minutes or 1 hours 30 minutes

2 hours and 30 minutes is longer but 1 hour and 30 minutes matches the time of a sleep cycle so I will be refreshed if I wake up then

I’m fucked tbh I have to do my first driving lesson today and I pretty much pulled an all nighter

Usually the first cycle is the shortest, then the rest of your cycles are longer. Also yours might not be 90 minutes, I don't know how to test your sleep cycle but that's all I know.

So should I sleep like 110-120 min to be safe

Couldn't imagine sleeping less then 6 hours, i woyld rather fail my whole finals then get out of bed like that

I sleep like 4 hours every day, it’s so bad but I’m addicted to using my phone until 3 every morning

Probably even longer if you can, the first cycle is like 70-100 mins and the next cycle will be 90-120 mins from what I've seen online. Again not a sleep expert but try 2:30 hour sleep. No idea how well this sleep cycle stuff works.

I used to sleep 4 hours daily all the time in highschool, now im shorter then i was supposed to be cause i didn't get enough growth hormone. Not only that but im suspecting i permanently damaged my brain somehow from that and nowbi have mild dysphoria, increased anxiety etc. Worst mistake ever

Not true, no sleep feels better at first but after a few hours you get extremely sleepy. 1 hour isn't anything better tho
