Is it better to sleep earlier and wake up earlier?

Lowkey messed up my sleep schedule and am sleeping at 2-3 am on average everyday and waking up at 12-1, still getting 9-10 hours everyday

Is it better for development and stuff if i go to sleep earlier and wake up early in the morning or is that not true

Generally you should try to sleep and wake up within an hour between each day (which I can’t do because I’m a University student)


As long as you get proper REM sleep for at least 8 hours I wouldn’t worry too much, but get prepared for school/work a week beforehand.

Try to wake up before 10:30. put spf on and sit in the sun for a half an our right when you wake up without your shirt.

Only solution I’ve had for regulating my internal clock.

I have been sleeping during the day and was awake at night for a year but since last 2 weeks i have been sleeping during the night and waking up early morning changed my life higher dopamine levels higher t much more happy.
