is it bulking or cutting that lowers test?

I’ve had some friends say that when they were cutting their sex drive went down, and some say that it went up, and some say that when they’re bulking their t levels go up, what is the final verdict or does it depend

lean bulking: more test
cutting: less test (generally but more or less same test if u cut just a few kg)
manteinance: same test (if u lift)
bulking but going too high in bf: decrease in test, caused by excessive aromatisation
