this is me I’m 16 is there any way to recover other than surgery. I got braces at 11 with elastics and got 4 tooth extractions before that so seems like odds were stacked against me.

It might help a bit since he is not 18-20 yet, either way, it is best to do any kind of surgery after your face is done developing, hence he will end up as curly hair james... Brutal

Even a BSSO would require at least a 20mm to look somewhat non-invisible to human... find a respectable surgeon who would do such a movement on a mandible... maybe alfaro but he might end up dogmaxxed
